SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 DELIVERY UPDATE

Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. Please expect delays with your packages, even with Express Post. However, Express Post is still the fastest option rather than standard post.  You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au. Delivery may take a little longer than the standard postage times below.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

Your order will be packed and dispatched from Peony Parcel within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Where Express Post is chosen, please note that it will still take 2-3 business days before we can dispatch your order as our gift parcels are hand packed and made to order. You will receive a tracking reference once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking to show as it takes time between packing and first scan when onboard for delivery.

STANDARD AND EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMES

Due to constantly changing information due to the impact of Covid-19, the best way to check more accurate delivery times is via the Australia Post Website.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date but will dispatch orders as noted above.

2021 CHRISTMAS GIFTING & SHIPPING TIMES

The Peony Parcel Team will be taking a mini break to enjoy some time with family and friends this Christmas.  Any orders received 19th December to 3 January will begin dispatching on 4th January 2022.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Orders over $95 are sent FREE via Express Post.
  • Orders under $95 are sent via standard shipping for a flat rate of $10.
  • You will receive a tracked delivery notification once your parcel is shipped. Australia Post is now providing a contactless delivery with no signature required.

Australia Post regular tracked service and couriers generally take between 3-10 business days after dispatch. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Yes we do!

If I subscribe now, when will my box be sent? 

If you’re a new subscriber, we will aim to ship the current edition Peony Parcel within 2-3 days of receiving the order between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the current edition is sold out, we will ship the next edition according to the release date.

If you're an existing Peony Parcel subscriber prior to the shipping date, we will ship your box around the 1st of the release month.

If I am purchasing a one-off gift box or pamper product, when will it be sent?

We will aim to ship within 2-3 business days of receiving the order between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Can I track where my box is? 

When we dispatch your Peony Parcel, Australia Post or couriers will notify you via email with your tracking number. You can then go to the Australia Post or courier website and track your parcel.

If I’m not home or available when my box is delivered, what happens? 

At this time, if you're not available when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post or couriers will leave the parcel at your front door or will leave you next steps to pick up your parcel from your closest delivery depot. You can keep up to date with Australia Post's important updates here.

I haven't received my Box, what should I do? 

Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier or Australia Post. Orders inside Australia can take between 3 to 10 business days. Please also note the Australia Post delays due to Covid-19.  Any further queries, please contact us at hello@peonyparcel.com

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are shipping only within Australia.

What precautions have Peony Parcel taken during this time?

For packaging, we have implemented social distancing and self hygiene measures to maintain a safe working environment. 

Purchase of Alcohol

Peony Parcel supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. If ordering parcels containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. Couriers may ask for proof of identity and/or age.
