At the current time, all orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking reference emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
We aim to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order between Monday to Friday.
Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. You can track your delivery through parcel tracking, the chatbot and the MyPost App. For the latest information about delays and impacts please visit auspost.com.au.
As such, delivery may take a little longer than the standard postage times below.

Australia Post regular tracked service generally takes between 3-10 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?
If I subscribe now, when will my box be sent?
If you’re a new subscriber, we will aim to ship the current edition Peony Parcel within 24-48 hours of receiving the order between Monday to Friday. If the current edition is sold out, we will ship the next edition according to the release date.
If you're an existing Peony Parcel subscriber prior to the shipping date, we will ship your box around the 1st of the release month.
If I am purchasing a one-off gift box or pamper product, when will it be sent?
We will aim to ship within 24-48 hours of receiving the order between Monday to Friday.
Can I track where my box is?
When we dispatch your Peony Parcel, Australia Post will notify you via email with your tracking number. You can then go to the Australia Post website and track your parcel.
If I’m not home or available when my box is delivered, what happens?
At this time, if you're not available when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post will leave the parcel at your front door or will leave you next steps to pick up your parcel from your closest delivery depot. You can keep up to date with Australia Post's important updates here.
I haven't received my Box, what should I do?
Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier or Australia Post. Orders inside Australia can take between 3 to 10 business days. Please also note the Australia Post delays due to Covid-19. Any further queries, please contact us at email@example.com

Currently we are shipping only within Australia.
