Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY 

Your order will be packed and dispatched from Peony Parcel within 12-24hrs, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Where you have purchased on a weekend or public holiday your order will be posted before 10:00am on the next business day. 

Where Express Post is chosen, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 hours between 9:30am & 3:00pm, Otherwise, your express parcel will be poster before 10:00am the next business day.  

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Orders over $99.00 are sent FREE via Standard shipping.
    • Orders over $99 also have the option to pay a flat rate of $10.00 for express
  • Orders under $99.99 are sent via standard shipping for a flat rate of $12.00.

Australia Post regular tracked service and couriers can take anywhere between 2-10 business days after dispatch depending on location. We are shipping from the Sunshine Coast Queensland.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers?

Yes we do!

If I subscribe now, when will my box be sent? 

If you’re a new subscriber, we will aim to ship the current edition Peony Parcel within 12-24hrs of receiving the order between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the current edition is sold out, we will ship the next edition according to the release date.

If you're an existing Peony Parcel subscriber prior to the shipping date, we will ship your box around the 1st of the release month.

Can I track where my box is? 

When we dispatch your Peony Parcel, Australia Post or couriers will notify you via email with your tracking number. You can then go to the Australia Post or courier website and track your parcel.

If I’m not home or available when my box is delivered, what happens? 

At this time, if you're not available when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post or couriers will leave the parcel at your front door or will leave you next steps to pick up your parcel from your closest delivery depot. You can keep up to date with Australia Post's important updates here.

I haven't received my Box, what should I do? 

Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided by the courier or Australia Post. If you are still unable to locate your Parcel, please contact us for assistance. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are shipping only within Australia.

Purchase of Alcohol

Peony Parcel supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is an offence to supply alcohol to or obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. If ordering parcels containing alcohol, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years. It is a legal requirement that the person placing the order is over the age of 18 and the person receiving the delivery is over the age of 18. Couriers may ask for proof of identity and/or age.
