INSPIRATION Being a working woman can be hard and I begin the day with putting my makeup on. I want women to feel empowered and confident as they face each day and the challenges that come along with it, whether it is in work, with friends, at the school or at home. The name SHEIBA comes from attributes of how women are and how they should feel each day, Strong, Honorable, Empowering, Inspirational, Beautiful, Amazing!
RESET I love listening to Podcasts and music to reset. I also love to get out in Nature for a walk and some fresh air.
INDULGE My ideal pamper session would be a hot stone massage, a facial, and a manicure with some of my girl friends and some bubbles!
MOVEMENT There's nothing like a good Pilates session to work on my core. I get energised and inspired to make each movement count.
